We had the most wonderful conversation with Iranian food writer and photographer Saghar Setareh at our Book Club, talking about her gorgeous cookery book Pomegranates & Artichokes. She spoke of her Iranian childhood, her move to Italy at the age of 22, her training as an artist and her journey to the world of food and food photography. We talked of migration and how food and recipes migrate with people, of the richness of the cultures of Iran, the Levant and Italy and the joys of cooking.
